Our purpose is to help people do digital for themselves.
We help people in organisations large and small develop the digital tools, skills and confidence to engage brilliantly online. We’re friendly, creative and good value – and we’re not afraid of a tricky digital challenge.
We build clean, easy-to-use websites, engagement microsites and intranets in WordPress, and provide friendly ongoing support to lots of small teams to help them get the most from them. We also run training and simulations in social media skills to help teams communicate online effectively, even under hostile pressure.
We regularly challenge our clients’ perceptions of the web, and they value our mix of public and private sector experience, more than buzzwords or Klout scores.
In the past 12 months we have built websites for high profile Government organisations, worked with some of the world’s largest companies to stress-test their crisis planning, and helped organisations of all sizes to develop their skills and deliver effective digital communications.
The next 12 months are going to be even more busy, and we need people to help us deliver exciting projects and shape the next stage of our development.
For all of these roles, qualifications are valuable, but we’re more interested in hearing about your work, how you have contributed to the web, and evidence that you are curious and want to keep learning.
Life at Helpful comes with a lovely office in Clerkenwell, friendly colleagues, flexible working and decent technology as standard, and competitive salaries.
